The MaxiTPMS ITS600E is a wireless, touchscreen Android-based tablet that features a 5.5-inch color display and a Bluetooth vehicle communication interface (VCI). It is compatible with U.S, Asian and European TPMS-equipped vehicles.

As the newest model in Autel's TPMS product line, Autel ITS600 (E) support complete TPMS functions with widest vehicle coverage and it is even able to install TPMS system for vehicles that does not come TPMS module by default to ensure safe driving.

TPMS Retrofit

Retrofit is needed to be performed if your vehicle is not installed with TPMS system by default. Tap on the TPMS Retrofit application button on the MaxiTPMS Job Menu to access the function. Prior to use the function, ensure the ignition light is in ON position with the V200 device successfully connected to the vehicle and the tablet. How to perform TPMS Retrofit ?

1. Tap the TPMS Retrofit icon; 2. Select the manufacturer button of the test vehicle, followed by the vehicle model and year; 3. Tap OK at the bottom of the screen to confirm information of the tested vehicle. The Retrofit screen opens; 4. Simply follow the operations guide displayed on the screen, which will guide you to choose the corresponding buttons during each procedure, including the Back-up, Retrofit, and Restore button. The Retrofit function screen has the same lay out with that of the TPMS screen. After the retrofit function is finished, tap on the other tabs to perform optional functions.

TPMS ToolKit Function

1. RKE & RF：This function is used to check the signal strength of 315 and 433 MHz frequencies of remote keyless entry Fobs.

2. Unlock REDI7002A: This function is used to unlock the specified Redi-sensor: 7002A.

3. Sleep 丨 Park Mode: For those OEM sensors that are delivered in Sleep Mode, this function is used to wake and set them to Park Mode.

TPMS Diagnosis & Check:

By conencting the test vehicle via MaxiVCI V200, Autel ITS600E can be used to perform TPMS diagnosis to read & clear TPMS DTCs, view the data stream of the sensor information in text mode, Waveform Mode or Analog Gauge Mod; turn off TPMS warning light, Read/ write sensor ID, tire pressure reference value setting; activate TPMS sensor to view sensor data - sensor ID, tire pressure, tire temperature, battery condition and sensor position.

Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600E: 3 Ways to Relearn All OEM TPMS Sensors

Autel ITS600 (E) TPMS Relearn Tool can be used to transfer new sensor (both OEM and aftermarket) IDs into the vehicle ECU for sensor recognition. Step-by-step relearn instructions are provided for all supported vehicles. Relearn is needed when the new sensor IDs are different from the original sensor IDs stored within TPMS ECU. Three major methods are available for relearn process. According to the actual situation, perform the most suitable TPMS relearn methods:

• Stationary Relearn: Requires the vehicle be placed in the “Learn Mode”.
• Automatic Relearn: For some vehicles, can be completed by driving.
• OBD Relearn: Directly writes TPMS sensor IDs to the TPMS module via the OBD connector.

Professional Autel TPMS Programming Tool: 4 Effective Ways to Program Autel MX-Sensors.

Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600 (E) allow users to program sensor data to Autel MX-Sensors to replace existing sensors with low battery life and ones that are no longer functioning. Autel ITS600E support 4 different programming methods:

Copy by OBD: If the IDs retrieved from sensor activation and those registered to the TPMS ECU are different, ITS600 TPMS scanner will program the sensor IDs retrieved from the ECU to the new MX-Sensors.
Copy by Activation: If the original sensor still can be activated, you can use the ITS600 activating tool to trigger it, obtain the original IDs, and then write them into the new MX-Sensors.
Manual Input: If the original sensor is completely broken or can’t be activated, you can find the old ID from the label, and manually input it to new MX-Sensors.
Auto Create: If the original sensor cannot be activated or the original sensor ID cannot be obtained, Autel MaxiTPMS ITS600E support auto create new sensor IDs to program new MX-Sensors and Up to 20 MX-Sensors can be programmed at the same time. This function is more powerful than Autel TS608 (support Max 16 20 MX-Sensors be programmed simutaneously).
