If customer need to verify whether the product is genuine,please go to AUTEL official site(https://www.autel.com/service/3947.jhtml) and enter the product serial number for verification

The Serial Number is usually with 12 Characters. For customers who do not have machine serial number, here are two ways to find it .

1,There is a product lable on the back of machine, covering the models and Serial Number. 
2, Please send us Autel ID(registration email) to check,or you can also contact Autel Global Support(support@autel.com) to check.
